Crew Resource Management

Crew Resource Management (CRM) studies the application of human factors knowledge to enhance the safety and efficiency of flight operations.

Global Air Training provides training and consultancy in Crew Resource Management for over 200 airlines worldwide.  We provide customised CRM training, CRM programme design and Train-the-Trainer programmes. Our Crew Resource Management Instructor (CRMI) course is recognised worldwide and approved by the UK CAA as a core course for JAR CRMI accreditation.  We also operate a unique  Cabin Crew CRMI course.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Maintenance Human Factors

The European Aviation Safety Authority (EASA) requires that personnel involved in any maintenance, management and/or quality audits, must have training in human factors and human performance capabilities.
