Crew Resource Management

Global Air Training provides a wide range of training and development services in Crew Resource Management and Aviation Human Factors.

Since 1996 we have developed a market leading position and world wide recognition for our Crew Resource Management Training programmes.

We have experience in developing and delivering CRM programmes for a diverse range of aviation operations worldwide, including many of the the world's largest airlines and also military, government and police aviation, through to small and specialised aviation operations in every part of the world.

Whatever the nature of your aviation organisation, we probably have experience of working with CRM in a similar aviation environment.

Services available include Training Needs Analysis (TNA), CRM programme design, CRM courseware design, audits, initial and recurrent CRM training for flight deck and cabin crew, and training, development and assessments for ground, line and simulator CRM instructors.

All GAT CRM facilitators and examiners are experienced commercial and/or military aircrew and are accredited by the UK CAA.

Crew Resource Management Initial and Recurrent Training

Successful Crew Resource Management training will always be designed around the individual nature and challenges of the organisation. GAT works with each client to provide effective, customised CRM training programmes to meet the individual needs and culture of the organisation.

CRM Programme Design

GAT can provide a complete design service for modular CRM programme design and high quality courseware design for delivery by an operators internal CRM facilitators. Our CRM courseware and case studies are extensive and constantly revised to ensure that they are operator relevant, current and reflect the latest developments and best practice.

CRM Facilitator Training and Development

GAT offers a range of CRM Facilitator courses for ground, line and simulator instructors, and assessment and accreditation services led by our CAA accredited Crew Resource Management Instructor Examiners. (CRMIE)
