Global Air Training provides a full range of training and development services in support of airline Crew Resource Management and Human Factors training.

We have more than 10 years experience in developing and delivering CRM programmes for airlines and a diverse range of military and government aviation organisations. Clients include over 250 airlines and leading aviation operations based in every continent of the world.

Services available include CRM programme design, CRM courseware design, research, direct initial and recurrent CRM training for crew, training and development for ground, line and simulator instructors.

All GAT CRM facilitators are experienced commercial and/or military aircrew and are accredited by the UK CAA.

In addition to 10 years experience of airline flight deck CRM training, we have extensive experience of CRM training in the cabin environment, corporate aviation sector and for single crew civil and military operations.  We offer a unique Cabin Crew Resource Management Instructor training course.

CRM Initial/Recurrent Training

CRM Programme Design

We can provide a complete design service for modular CRM programme design and high quality courseware design for delivery by an operators internal CRM facilitators.

Our CRM courseware and case studies are extensive and constantly revised to ensure that they are operator relevant, current and reflect the latest developments and best practice.

Instructor/Facilitator Development

We offer a full range of CRM Instructor courses including the UK CAA approved CRMI core course, and assessment and accreditation services for ground, line and simulator instructors.
