Placing An Order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Global Air Training Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Global Air Training Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Prices
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Puchase of Goods & Training Materials - Cancellations
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any
reason up to the point of despatch.
If you do cancel the contract
within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full
within 30 days.
Puchase of Training Courses - Cancellations
If notice of cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to course commencement, no fee is payable. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to course commencement, cancellation fee 20% of the order total. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to course commencement, cancellation fee 100% of the order total.
Puchase of Training Courses - Delegate Transfers
Training course places may be rescheduled to a later date schedule for the same course, subject to availability and a 10% rescheduling charge, up to midday on the last working day before the course commences. Rescheduled course places cannot be further rescheduled or cancelled.
Returns Policy
Training materials and licenses for use of training materials comprise GAT intellectual property. The materials are licensed for use by the purchaser for the purpose of training which is delivered by the purchaser (whether an individual or organisation) only. GAT retains ownership of the materials. You are purchasing a license agreement which does not transfer title or ownership to you, the licensee. You may not resell or redistribute any part of the materials without the express permission of GAT. Returns cannot be accepted unless the content of the materials substantively differs from the detailed description provided on our website. Please therefore read the description carefully to ensure that the training materials fulfil your requirements. In the case of a substantive error in the description of the material we will offer a full refund which you will receive within 30 days.
Complaints
In the case of any complaint regarding materials purchased at the GAT store, please contact GAT at the address on our contacts page. We will respond to any complaint received by email within 1 working day.
